Description

This was the hardest photo for me to work on, I had many doubts about it, for example the car being in it, wether that was good, or bad. But I just loved the shot too much to not post it. So here it is anyway!

This photo was taken from a driving car on some road in Texas. The car you see is the rental of my mom & dad :)

The hard part of this photo was the frame, I've tried dozens of variations, but I believe this one suits the image best.

Good one, to me it would have been even beter if it had been thinner and a little less sky but that is just my humble opinion. Well done man

I... this is just awesome! I don't know why I like it so much, I'm guessing the bordering and the colors help a lot. Smart yellow inner border, works really well here, and the composition, well... I love it!

(Oh yes, and this version (the posted one) is far better than the alternative version in my opinion)

Nice photograph, I like it and I think that the frame fits very well. I do have a question, what is that font you are using and I wonder whether i can get a copy of it from you. I've been looking for it for a while. Anyway, that is a great photo. Take Care

This reminds me of that famous Beatles song..."The Long And Windi...straight Road"

Did your mum and dad leave you behind on purpose? I always have that problem. When I was a kid they would send me to school and when I got home they'd have moved!!!

Great shot.

I for one think that the portrait format and the large amount of sky is a plus for this photo. Im not sure why but it works in my opinion. You have some tone variation in the sky which might add to why it works. Great perspective and colors. The car doesnt bother me. Border looks superb. Keep it up!

Squee! It's Texas! I love it, and though I know little about photography, I'd say the car adds character and makes the photo more interesting.
